Terms of Sale

An order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive the confirmation email. Prices are in US dollars and include everything except shipping and any sales tax shown at checkout. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error.

Essentrx Club is a monthly subscription. The first month is charged at the introductory price when you join; each later month is charged at the regular plan price on the renewal date until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account: the box you have already paid for still ships, and no further charges are made.

Shipping is by ground within the United States. Our returns policy forms part of these terms.

Essentrx fragrances are original compositions inspired by the character of well-known designer scents. Brand names mentioned belong to their owners and are used only to describe the scent profile; Essentrx is not affiliated with them.

Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for orders placed through it.
