What does "Inspired by" mean?
Each Essentrx scent is our own composition built around the character of a well-known designer fragrance. They are not copies or the original brand; the name tells you the mood to expect.
How long does a scent last?
Our eau de parfum concentration wears for six to eight hours on skin. Two sprays on warm skin, not rubbed in, is the sweet spot.
What sizes do you offer?
Full bottles are 50 ml. Members also receive 10 ml travel sizes in their monthly box.
How does Essentrx Club work?
Pick a plan, choose the scents for your box, and we ship it by ground each month. Change next month's picks, update your card or cancel any time from your account.
When is my card charged?
The first month is charged when you join at the introductory price. Renewals are charged on the same day each month at the regular price until you cancel.
Do members get free shipping?
Yes. While your membership is active, standard ground shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
Where do you ship?
Within the United States for now. Fragrance is a flammable liquid, so parcels travel by ground only, which means no PO boxes outside the carrier's ground network and no overnight options.
Can I return a bottle?
Unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened bottles cannot be returned for safety reasons, but if something arrived damaged, contact us and we will make it right.
