Returns

Return any unopened, sealed bottle within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Contact us with your order number and we will send a prepaid ground return label; the refund lands on your original payment method once the parcel reaches us.

For safety and hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened fragrance. If you are unsure about a scent, Essentrx Club travel sizes are the easiest way to try it first.

If a parcel arrives damaged or with the wrong scent, send us a photo within seven days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you straight away.

Monthly boxes are made to order and cannot be returned, but you can change next month's picks or cancel at any time from your account.
