Your name, email address, shipping address and phone number when you order, create an account or join the newsletter; and your browsing on this site through standard analytics. We never see your full card number: payments are handled by Stripe.

To fulfil and ship orders, run your membership, send receipts and tracking, answer your messages, and, if you have joined the list, tell you about new scents. We do not sell your information.

Service providers that make the shop work: Stripe (payments), Shippo and the carriers (shipping), Google (address lookup), Resend (email), Railway (hosting) and Cloudflare (security). Each receives only what it needs for its job.

We use cookies to keep your bag, your sign-in and a membership you are building. Analytics cookies help us see which pages are useful. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; the shop will still work, though you will need to sign in again.

You can see and change your details from your account, unsubscribe from any marketing email with one click, or email us from the contact page to ask for a copy of your data or have it deleted.
