Shipping & Delivery

Live carrier rates are shown at checkout once your address is confirmed. Standard shipping is free on orders of $150 or more, and always free for Essentrx Club members.

Fragrance is classed as a flammable liquid, so carriers only accept it by ground. Expect three to five business days in transit depending on where you are in the United States; no express or overnight services are available.

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the label is printed. Signed-in customers can also follow each parcel from their account.

Club boxes ship within two business days of each renewal to the address saved on your membership. Change it any time from your account before the next renewal.
